'Delphia' is a songwriting project from the IT consultant Peter VC. Synth's programming , sound engineering , MIDI , ... , are things I learned by myself through experimenting and self study. 'Delphia' works completely independant from record companies and booking agencies. Songwriting is about feelings, and in the end you can see reality much sharper through phantasy: That's what it's all about. My music is the key to my soul, whithout any need to be understood. 2011: Analog dreamsAfter having renewed the biggest part of the recording studio, including hardware and software, a few new demos are produced from time to time, no full CD.2004Official recording for Sonymusic of the first single release 'Hero on TV'. The producer was Serge Ramaekers. The result became very catchy dance- pop. Released on itunes 2002The current demo (= 6 songs) of "Brave new world" was discovered by Sonymusic Belgium at a musiciansday at AB, Brussels. Delphia will release a few singles for them in 2004. June 2001First live and TV appearance in the New York TV- show "Out and about with Soryia Daniels". The band was invited to play 30 minutes live for about 1,2 million New Yorkers !! March 2001: VOODOO SPELLS'Voodoo spells', the new CD, contains 15 new vocal tracks, more oriented for a dance audience. Best Delphia- album till now. December 1999: HISTORYThe first Delphia CD 'History' finished. 17 tracks, 14 songs with vocals. The title track 'History' is an anti- racism- song, that I wrote in Februari. September 1997First techno/trance- release at 'The Yellow Cab': 'Into the sky'. The song didn't become a hit, but it was a very interesting professional experience. 1995It al started with a second hand 'Roland D50'. A passion was born! Within a year, most of the demo studio was built. The heart of this studio was 'Cubase Audio XT'. With that version it wasn't possible to record vocals. The idea behind 'Delphia' was instrumental synthesizer music, what evolved later on as technology progressed.
